TranslationType.PARTIAL while the service is still revising this utterance, TranslationType.FULL once it has settled, or null for a value this SDK does not know.

Consecutive partial lines rewrite the same utterance rather than continuing it, so replace the last line you drew and append to a transcript only on TranslationType.FULL. The settled text is not always an extension of the last partial, so never join partials together.
