BitrateMode

enum BitrateMode : Enum<BitrateMode>

How aggressively a video track spends the uplink, chosen per track when it is created with VideoSDK.createCameraVideoTrack.

It picks one of three target bitrates the encoder profile defines, so the resolution and frame rate stay as configured. BALANCED is used when none is given.
