enum QualityLimitationType : Enum<QualityLimitationType>

Why the media this device is sending is being held back, reported by RoomEventListener.onQualityLimitation.

The three conditions are tracked independently, so more than one can be active at a time.

Entries

CPU

The encoder cannot keep up with the configured resolution and frame rate.

BANDWIDTH

The estimated uplink bandwidth is below what the encoder wants to send.

CONGESTION

Round-trip time has climbed well above its running average while the send is already bandwidth-limited. Only ever reported alongside BANDWIDTH, and skipped entirely when the connection reports no RTT.
