ERROR_ACTION_PERFORMED_BEFORE_ROOM_JOINED

An action was called before the join completed, so it did not run. Wait for RoomEventListener.onRoomJoined.

A waiting room widens the gap: signalling is up long before the moderator admits you, and actions stay blocked for the whole wait.
