ERROR_GET_DISPLAY_MEDIA_PERMISSION_DENIED

The screen-capture consent could not be used when the share started — it had already been spent, or it expired. Ask for consent again and retry.

Declining the system dialog does not produce this: VideoSDK.createScreenShareVideoTrack returns null instead.
