Called whenever the device list or the active selection changes, and once immediately on registering — so the first call is the current state, not a change.
Parameters
selected
the route in use, or null only when no audio route is available, which is always the case before VideoSDK.initialize. With routes present the SDK picks a default rather than report nothing.
