Answers a microphone-enable request from another participant. Handed to RoomEventListener.onMicRequested; valid only for that one request.

Turns the local microphone on. Enabling is asynchronous, so the microphone is live once the local participant's ParticipantEventListener.onStreamEnabled fires, not when this returns.

Declines, locally. Nothing is sent back — the asker sees no rejection, only their request timing out on the server.
