onCodecChanged

Called when the video you are sending was downgraded to VP8 because the server or a remote participant could not handle the codec you were using.

A local hardware-encoder fallback does not come through here; it is reported on onError with code 3045 (ERROR_VIDEO_PRODUCE_CODEC_NOT_SUPPORTED). Requires codecSwitchEnabled in VideoSDK.createRoom, on by default.
