Called when incoming remote streams of one kind stopped being delivered, after Room.pauseAllStreams.
Room.pauseAllStreams with no kind pauses all three, so expect one callback per kind. A single stream paused through RTCStream.pause reports on ParticipantEventListener.onStreamPaused instead.
