Mutes this participant's microphone. Unlike enableMic they are not asked — the server mutes them, and their "audio" stream disappears for everyone.
Whether your token may do this is the server's call.
Throws
code 4068 (DISABLE_PARTICIPANT_MIC_FAILED) if the server refuses, carrying its reason; also reported on onError.
