Asks this participant to turn their microphone on.
They decide: the request reaches them as onMicRequested, and nothing happens until they accept. A rejection sends nothing back, so the only signal you get is their "audio" stream appearing — or not.
Throws
code 4067 (ENABLE_PARTICIPANT_MIC_FAILED) if the server refuses, carrying its reason; also reported on onError.
