RoomEventListener.onRoomLeft — emitted on the removed participant
RoomEventListener.onParticipantLeft — emitted on the other participants, with the reason the server sends; do not rely on it being LeaveReason.REMOVE_PEER

code 4066 (REMOVE_PARTICIPANT_FAILED) if the server refuses, carrying its reason. Thrown only, never reported on onError.
