Stops receiving this remote stream's media, freeing its downstream bandwidth. The participant keeps publishing it to everyone else.
Only a stream this device is receiving can be paused; your own streams cannot.
Throws
3035 before the room is joined or 3065 while it is reconnecting (both also reach onError), 3068 for a stream this device is not receiving, 3054 when it is already paused, 4074 when the server refuses.
