start
Asks the server to start recording the room to VideoSDK's cloud.
This returns as soon as the request is sent, well before anything is being written. RoomEventListener.onRecordingStarted is the confirmation; RoomEventListener.onRecordingStateChanged reports each step in between.
A start the server refuses, such as one while a recording is already starting or running, throws code 4011 (START_RECORDING_FAILED) carrying the server's reason, and the same error reaches RoomEventListener.onError.
Parameters
a URL the server calls back about this recording; null for none.
a directory in the S3 bucket configured on your account; null stores the file with VideoSDK.
recording layout, theme, mode, quality and orientation; null uses the room's defaults.
post-call transcription settings; null skips transcription.
