startTranscription

Starts live transcription for the whole room: everyone's speech, not just yours.

Utterances arrive on RoomEventListener.onTranscriptionText, and RoomEventListener.onTranscriptionStateChanged tracks the service coming up. The same utterance can be delivered more than once as the service refines it.
