attachLocalPreview

Draws the local camera preview, with any video effects applied, into this view.

addTrack already does this when the track is the local camera, so call it directly only for a preview with no track attached, such as a pre-call screen. It has no effect unless video effects are enabled.

Only one view can show the local preview: attaching a second replaces the first, which then shows nothing.
