PreCallTestException class
Why a pre-call test failed, or why one device check failed — the web SDK's
PreCallTestError.
Unlike VideoSDKError the code is a string, the same one every VideoSDK
platform reports, e.g. ERROR_PRECALL_INVALID_TOKEN,
ERROR_PRECALL_TEST_ALREADY_RUNNING, ERROR_PRECALL_AFTER_INIT,
ERROR_CAMERA_IN_USE, ERROR_PRECALL_MEDIA_CHECK_FAILED. Codes and
messages come from the native core unchanged.
