VideoEffectsFraming class

Auto-framing: crops and zooms to keep the subject centered. The frame size never changes.

On Android the CPU engine finds the face with ML Kit, which the SDK does not bundle: add implementation "com.google.mlkit:face-detection:16.1.7" to your app's build.gradle to use framing there.
