StreamState enum
What a RTCStream carries. The health of a remote video or screen-share stream, as Events.streamStateChanged reports it.
Values
- ACTIVE → const StreamState

The stream started or resumed receiving.
- ENDED → const StreamState

The stream stopped and will not produce more media.
- STUCK → const StreamState

No media has arrived for about 5 seconds.
- FREEZE_DETECTED → const StreamState

The decoder froze.
- FREEZE_RESOLVED → const StreamState

The decoder recovered after about 5 seconds without new freezes.
