stopPreCallTest static method

Future<void> stopPreCallTest()

Stops the running pre-call test, if any. Its runPreCallTest still completes, with aborted: true.

Fails with a PreCallTestException, as the rest of the pre-call API does — including on a platform with no bridge behind the channel.
